For reservations made for the Mobile World Congress period (02/26-28/2023), the non-refundable cancellation policy will apply. When the hotel receives your reservation, the total amount will be charged on your card. No refund will be made in case of cancellation, no-show or early departure. If the charge to your card is denied, the hotel will cancel your reservation.
For reservations made for Christmas and New Year's Eve (23rd to 31st Dec. 2022 and 23rd to 31st Dec. 2023), Easter (6th to 9th April 2023), Formula 1 (19th and 20th May 2023), Primavera Sound (1st to 3rd June 2023) and Sónar (15th to 17th June 2023), a free cancellation policy will apply up to 7 days prior arrival. For cancellation due within less than 7 days of arrival date, possible no-show or early departure, the hotel will charge 100% of the stay to the credit card provided. If payment is denied, the hotel will cancel your reservation.
The credit card provided by the time of booking must be presented at check in time. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card provided and charge the first night 7 days prior to arrival. If the credit card is not valid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Cots are free of charge for children up to 2 years.
Children up to 3 years can stay free of charge using the existing bed.
If an extra bed is required, a daily charge will be applied (20€ per child and 30€ per adult). The extra bed price will be automatically added at the rate and included in the final cost of the stay of your booking.
Extra beds or cots are under request and subject to availability.
Check-in time is 15.00h. Check-out time is 12.00h (noon).
Room rates include 10% VAT.
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 12pm.
Pets are not allowed in all hotel premises. Only guide dogs are accepted.
